The CA-SOSII is a wearable emergency button that sends instant one-press SOS alerts to all paired CentralAlert receivers. Press the large center button once to trigger a priority emergency alert throughout your home — every receiver responds with loud audio, bright strobe flashes, and bed shaker vibration.
Wear it as a pendant with the included neck lanyard, or attach it with the included clip for a more secure fit. The compact, splash-proof design means you can wear it in the bathroom or mount it near a shower stall or bathtub with adhesive tape.
The CA-SOSII uses 2.4 GHz Smart-Code wireless technology with a range of up to 200 feet. It pairs with any CentralAlert receiver (CA-360II, CA-RXII, CA-PXII) and supports up to 4 SOS buttons per system — ideal for multiple family members or mounting one in the bathroom and wearing another.
Powered by a single CR2032 coin battery (included) that lasts up to 2 years. Your receiver displays a low-battery warning when it's time to replace.
With a Caregiver Connect subscription, pressing the SOS button also sends an SMS and email to up to 4 caregivers enlisted in the app — so help is notified even when no one else is home.
Requires a CentralAlert receiver (sold separately) to generate alerts.
