Cell Phone Alert Hub Sensor

The CA-CX Cell Phone Alert Hub Sensor makes sure you never miss what your phone is trying to tell you. Set your phone to vibrate, place it on the CA-CX holder, and every incoming call rings loud and flashes in a bright rotating pattern — designed for people who are hard of hearing.

Detection works from your phone's vibration, so it works with any phone. The sensitivity dial (1–10) lets you tune it for short vibration patterns or thick cases, and text messages trigger alerts too. Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) get their own distinct ring and flash pattern, and the Missed Call Indicator keeps blinking after a call or text you didn't answer — so you know to check your phone.

The CA-CX covers more than your cell phone. Plug your home phone line into the PHONE jack for landline ring alerts, connect a BS-200 bed shaker (sold separately) to the bed shaker output for vibration alerts at night, and charge your phone through the built-in USB port while it sits on the holder.

The CA-CX works on its own, right out of the box — no hub, Wi-Fi, or subscription required. It can even act as a simple standalone receiver, pairing directly with the Wireless Doorbell Transmitter (CA-DBII) for door alerts. And when you're ready for whole-home coverage, pair it with your CentralAlert receivers — CA-360II, CA-RXII, or CA-PXII — so your phone's alerts reach every room.

Powered by the included AC adapter, with backup power from 4 AA alkaline batteries (not included) that last up to a month of typical use — so a power outage won't leave you unalerted.
