Product Refunds

(Purchased through Serene Innovations Online Store)

Domestic Purchases Only: (All sales are final and no returns are allowed for overseas purchases outside the US and Canada.)

Online Store: If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from our Serene Innovations online store, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All items returned for refund must be complete, in new condition and in the original packing. Your proof of purchase must be included. No refunds will be accepted without a Proof of Purchase. Charges for returned freight will be at purchasers expense.

Please follow these steps to return your product for a refund:

  • Contact Serene Innovations to obtain a RMA Number (Return Material Authorization number). Toll Free: 1.866.376.9271
  • Pack your return. Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose your proof of purchase. Mark the RMA number on the package.
  • When you prepare the package for mailing, please include the RMA number on the front of the package.
  • Ship your product return to the following address using your preferred shipping method, i.e. US Post Office, UPS, etc. Serene Innovations, Inc.14731 Carmenita Road, Norwalk, CA 90650.

If the above conditions are met, we will process your return and credit the credit card you used from the original purchase. This is typically completed in 10-14 working days, after we receive your return. Please complete the form below to receive a phone call with RMA information: (As currently on website)

Warranty Returns

Please refer to your User Manual for complete warranty information. Returns Within 30 Days of Purchase.

If you find that your product is defective within 30 days of purchase, please follow these steps to return your product to us for repair or replacement:

  • Contact Serene Innovations to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization number). Toll Free: 1.866.376.9271
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending your unit to our facilities.
  • Pack your return.
  • Wrap your item carefully in a box and enclose your proof of purchase.
  • Mark the RMA number on the package. Prepare package for mailing. Please include the RMA number of the front of the package.
  • Take the package to a UPS Service Center or Call UPS for a package pick up.

We will ship your repaired or refurbished product back to you within 5 working days of its receipt at Serene Innovations, Inc. Returns Within 31 Days to 12 Months of Purchase: Parts and Labor are covered under the warranty. If you find that your product is defective within 31 days to 12 months of purchase.
